Our Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status and our origins as a ‘deep skills’ IT support shop hint at our strong technical skills base. We often provide second or third-line IT support to companies who already have their own in-house technical staff and to do so effectively we have to ensure that our staff possess an unusually high level of technical skill. To this end, all CyberLogic engineers undergo continuous training and are constantly striving to hone their skills on the latest technologies.

Because we specialise on the Microsoft platforms, we are able to train our people to become exceptionally highly skilled on those systems – instead of developing mediocre skills on a wide range of operating systems, we have focused on the core products that we support.
