Basic

Our Basic managed service package provides all the IT support and management required for a small business, without unnecessary frills. It’s all about reliable, cost-effective IT support at a fixed monthly cost.

Premium

This is a comprehensive package, for companies that depend heavily on their IT systems. It includes everything in the Basic package, plus guaranteed response times, comprehensive reporting, vendor management and ongoing IT strategy consulting.

Premium Plus

Our Premium Plus package is the crème de la crème of IT support packages. It includes everything in the Premium package, plus 24/7 support. Ideal for companies with extended operating hours that demands the highest possible uptimes!
