Our Managed Services are available in three different packages, designed to suit the needs of various IT environments. For more information or pricing for your own network, contact us and we’ll be glad to assist.

Bronze

Our Bronze service package is ideal for companies with their own in-house IT staff who handle all end-user support. The Bronze service includes scheduled proactive maintenance and real-time monitoring/alerting. In addition, comprehensive management reporting allows customers to track their IT performance & trends. Effectively, this package allows you to benefit from our advanced network management platform, without having to purchase and maintain it.

Silver

Our Silver package includes everything in the Bronze package, plus UNLIMITED REMOTE SUPPORT. Ideal for situations where your in-house IT team are overwhelmed by user support and are unable to focus on more strategic IT management tasks.

Gold

The Gold service package is our flagship offering. It includes full management and support of your IT systems, starting with a strategic analysis and systems review. We will design and configure your systems for optimal performance, monitor and maintain them for optimal health and provide you with regular reports on the health of your IT systems. The Gold package includes UNLIMITED REMOTE AND ON-SITE SUPPORT.
