CYBERLOGIC PRIVACY STATEMENT

 

This privacy statement sets out the basis on which we will collect, process, store, and or disclose any personal information we collect from you or that you provide to us in connection with websites and landing pages owned and operated by Cyberlogic, or in connection with IT services, IT consulting, Procurement, or any other IT management services that we offer.
The following data protection laws govern the way we collect, manage, store and use your personal information:

United Kingdom (“UK”) and European Union (“EU”) customers: The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) introduced on 25 May 2018

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

The data we collect is either necessary for us to be able to provide the agreed services, for us to be able to communicate with you, or when you have provided your permission.

 

HOW DO WE LOOK AFTER PERSONAL DATA

We limit the amount of personal data collected only to what is fit for the purpose, as described above. We restrict, secure and control all of our information assets against unauthorised access, damage, loss or destruction; whether physical or electronic. While we cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Information you provide us, we do continue to maintain and improve our security measures over time and in line with legal and technological developments.

Erase the Personal Information (also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’). In simple terms, this enables you to request the deletion or removal of your information where there is no compelling reason for us keep using it. (This is not a general right to erase; there are exceptions.)

Restrict the processing of Personal Information to only that which is strictly necessary for us to perform our services to you. (Please note that this right is limited in certain situations set out by the Protection of Personal Information Act.)
